Refund Policy
Last updated 2 November 2026
CutSound sells digital files. Once the download link is sent, the files are yours and cannot be returned, so all sales are final.
Hear Before You Buy
You can play sounds from the pack on the home page before paying.
Right of Withdrawal
If you live in the EU, EEA or UK, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content this right ends once the download starts. At checkout you tick a box asking for the download at once and agreeing that you lose this right.
If Something Is Wrong
- No download link: write to us with your order email and we will send it again.
- A broken or missing file: tell us which one and we will send a working copy.
- A billing problem: write to us with the details and we will look into it.
